Description:

AluSprint is the first work and protective scaffolding approved by the building authorities that consists exclusively of aluminum components. It can be used without restrictions as a work, protective and safety scaffold according to DH 1000 / DIN 4420.

The consistent use of high-strength aluminum materials is only a third of the weight of steel. AluSprint is the lightest facade scaffolding with approx. 6 kg/m² to be scaffolded. The transport capacity is thus increased enormously. A standard 7.5t truck can transport up to 600m? of scaffolding material. A 1.2 t car trailer covers 115m².

In addition to its low weight, AluSprint has an exceptionally high level of rigidity and stability. The combined advantages of low weight and great stability open up new perspectives, especially for craft businesses. With AluSprint, scaffolding is now possible to save energy and time. The lightweight system components are easy and safe to handle.

AluSprint can be used as the first approved aluminum facade scaffolding for the standard version up to 26 m working height without any restrictions, i.e. also as a protective scaffolding with complete cladding.

Special features of the AluSprint system are the vertical frame and the self-locking coverings. The vertical frames are open, i.e. there is no lower cross brace. This means advantages in handling, space-saving transport, building over obstacles and the use of vertical frames with a height of 4m.

You need a load securing net to safely transport the scaffolding on the trailer. If you don't own one, you can purchase a suitable net from us.

In contrast to normal load securing nets, our net has a mesh width of 20 mm, so that no brace can slip through.
