Rolling scaffolding makes it possible to work at any height and at the same time ensures that those carrying out work have the greatest possible safety.

Use one now certified and TRBS 2121-1 compliant mobile scaffolding according to DIN EN 1004-1 and -2.

For optimal work safety, most of our mobile scaffolds are TÜV certified and meet the requirements of the DIN standard EN 1004 parts 1 and 2 for mobile work platforms. This corresponds to a minimum load capacity of 200kg/sqm or 150kg/sqm in the case of the AluCombine ladder frame. It should be noted that, according to DIN EN 1004, only a working height of 8 m is permitted for the assembly scaffold when working outdoors and 14 m in enclosed spaces. In addition, side protection must be attached to the three outside sides of each working level.

AluCombine - multifunctional scaffolding

The do-it-yourself scaffolding, designed as a ladder frame for working heights of up to 7m, is supplied with stable crossbars for the necessary stability. This small scaffolding can be set up on the traverse either in the middle or offset towards a wall. Tools are only necessary for initial assembly. The modular scaffolding has two tilting castors or, alternatively, 4 brakeable swivel castors for easy movement of the scaffolding.

Thanks to the vertical frames, which can be set up independently of each other in height, the scaffolding can also be used on stairs and landings. The 1.50m long and 0.5m wide decking platform is the assembly scaffolding, non-slip and weatherproof.

All struts and diagonals are attached to the ladder bars using screw connections. Tools are only required for the initial assembly of the work platform. For all subsequent uses, the scaffolding can be assembled and dismantled without tools.

With the included wall anchors, which also serve as wall spacers, installation on external walls is possible without additional ballasting.

Pre-assembled front and longitudinal toe boards made of aluminum to form a toe board ring enable quick installation on the decking.

Rollfix DIY scaffolding

The Rollfix mobile scaffold is assembled quickly and without tools using positive and non-positive clamp connections as well as attachable 1m or 2m frame system parts. When assembled, the basic framework can be easily pushed through doors using a set of castors, making it the ideal framework for interior work. The height-adjustable wheels with a diameter of 150mm enable the compensation of uneven floors of up to 230mm per wheel.

The rigid traverse enables the stability to be increased and the ballast to be applied. The V-shaped telescopic traverse offers optimum safety by increasing the standing area in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Both trusses can be set up in the middle or offset towards a wall.

With the included wall anchors, which also serve as wall spacers, installation on external walls is possible without additional ballasting.

The internal access is secured by non-slip, profiled aluminum rungs, which are firmly welded to the stems. The basic scaffolding can be increased to a working height of up to 10m in combination with the scaffolding extensions.

Each package is equipped with a platform, ensuring a maximum stage distance of 2m.

AluKlik folding scaffolding

The AluKlik is a folding scaffolding with a length of 1,800mm and a width of 750mm for the professional user. The basic folding unit enables particularly quick assembly at a low height, as it only needs to be pulled apart and the platform inserted. The hinge of the basic folding unit is self-locking. In this state, the scaffolding can be driven through room doors.

In the basic version, the scaffolding is delivered with outriggers, but can also be optionally equipped with wall anchors.

Every folding frame that has castors for manual movement is equipped with locks on all castors to ensure a secure stand at all times. As standard, the wheels have a diameter of 150mm, a double brake lever and a steel spindle for height compensation of up to 230mm. If ballast weights are required for the mobile scaffolding due to its design and height, these are included in the scope of delivery. But not only is the mobile scaffolding safe, but also the people working on it. You will receive the mobile scaffolding of your choice, usually with a durable phenolic resin screen printing plate as a platform. The non-slip and weatherproof surface also serves as a safe standing surface and as a storage area for work utensils.
