AluSprint: the facade framework made of aluminum with building regulations approval Z-8.1-214
Facade Scaffolding
AluSprint, the first work and protective scaffolding approved by the building authorities (Z-8.1-214), which is made exclusively of aluminum, can be used without restrictions as a work, protective and safety scaffolding according to DH 1000 / DIN 4420 can be used. High-strength aluminum materials are two-thirds lighter than steel. It is therefore possible that the AluSprint is the lightest facade scaffolding with around 6kg/m² to be scaffolded.
This results in a serious advantage during transport. A 7.5t truck can load scaffolding material for up to 600m² of facade to be scaffolded, while a 1.2t car trailer can load material for 115m².
Trade businesses and scaffolders alike appreciate the advantages of the AluSprint: low weight with maximum stability and stability! The lightweight system parts can be assembled easily, quickly and safely. The maximum installation height in the standard version is 26m working height without any restrictions. This means that AluSprint is the first aluminum facade scaffolding to be approved as a protective scaffolding with complete cladding.
The outstanding features of the AluSprint system are the vertical frames and the self-locking coverings. The vertical frames of this scaffolding are open because the lower cross brace is not needed. This enables space-saving transport, simplified handling of the surfaces and more flexibility when building over obstacles.
