This page provides information on how people with disabilities can use our online shop.

Description of the Service

Our online shop offers various scaffolding systems such as mobile towers and facade scaffolds, as well as solutions for roof fall protection. We also provide suitable scaffolding accessories for both private and commercial customers.

Descriptions and explanations necessary to understand how the service is provided

In our online shop, you can browse our products using the product search or through the navigation menu. Information about the products is provided in the form of text and images.

If you are interested in a product, you can add it to the shopping cart. Before placing an order, you must register or log in as a customer. Before completing a purchase, you must select a payment method and a delivery address.

In your account in the online shop, you can check the status of your orders. Open and completed orders can also be viewed there.

Compliance with accessibility requirements

The accessibility requirements applicable to this online shop arise from Section 3 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) as well as the associated regulation. These accessibility requirements apply in all EU member states, as they are based on Directive (EU) 2019/882 of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.

Our online shop is designed to be:

• perceivable, meaning that information is presented in a way that users can perceive,
• operable, so that users can operate the online shop,
• understandable, meaning that the information presented in the online shop is easy to understand, and
• robust, so that the information provided can be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of assistive technologies.

Older PDF documents may be available in our online shop that were created before the BFSG came into force and are therefore not fully accessible (Section 1 (4) No. 2 BFSG).
